No more than two extra hours of work a day – that’s the recommendation of the new Fair Workload Charter, which launched today in Nottingham

“The scheme, which also highlights the importance of “attractive pay” and “high-quality training”, has been created with representatives from Unison, the National Union of Teachers, the National Association of Head Teachers, the National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers, and the Association of Teachers and Lecturers.
