Report accuses government of increasing inequalities in developing countries by financing academies at the expense of state schools.

“The scary tendency at the moment is the investors who are saying, we are going to make so much money from education’,” says Delphine Dorsi, a human rights expert and executive coordinator of the Right to Education Project.
