Today The Secretary of State was rebuffed by the School Teachers’ Review Board. The 23rd Report of The STRB has fully vindicated the evidence submitted by The NASUWT and rejected the Secretary of State’s submissions.
Tomorrow, Friday 14th Feb, The NASUWT National Executive meet to consider the next phase of industrial action in England and Wales.

Implementing the Action Short Of Strike Action
This guidance applies to the following schools:
• all maintained schools, including community, foundation, voluntary aided, aided and
• trust schools;
• members employed by a local authority on the teacherʼs contract and in the Teachersʼ
* all academies are covered by these instructions regardless of whether they work under the provisions
of the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.
